专利摘要:
Beverage can (1) or corresponding openable drinking container, comprising a bottom part, a cylindrical casing part and an annular lid construction (3), said casing part being connected to the lid construction (3) by means of a decreasing collar (2) formed in the upper part of the casing part and that to the lid construction (3) belongs an openable opening (6) for folding the contents of the drinking can away or for drinking the contents straight from said drinking can. An inwardly directed ledge (7) is formed in the decreasing collar (2) of the drinking can (1) just at the point of the opening (6) which lies in the lid construction (3) without substantially damaging the lid construction (3) to form the drinking can (1). ) both a spout and a shape that improves the drinking event. 公开号:FI20190062A1 申请号:FI20190062 申请日:2019-08-06 公开日:2020-09-30 发明作者:Jari Ruusunen 申请人:Jari Ruusunen; IPC主号:
专利说明:
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to a beverage can or a similar openable beverage container comprising to pour the contents of the beverage can out or to drink the contents directly from said beverage can. It is already known from International Application Publication WO 2010/114593 an aluminum beverage can with a lid structure at the top, comprising a tear-open portion which forms an opening for either pouring or drinking. The deck structure includes an annular edge portion that is bent upward so that the actual deck plane is below it. This annular edge portion comprises two areas with no bending upwards or little bending. The areas are located opposite each other. The purpose of the first area is to facilitate the insertion of the finger under the tear loop and thus the area is at the tear loop. The second area is in the lid structure at the opening created when the can is opened. This second area, which lacks a border, acts as a spout, directing the beverage outlet to this area. At the same time, this area also controls the beverage outlet when drinking directly from the can. In the invention described above, the depression-like areas are made from the cover structure o to the upwardly directed annular rim only by partially lowering it. It follows that the can cannot be completely emptied even by turning it upside down. When watering directly from the can, such lowering of the edge part controls the flow of the beverage to some extent. g - 25 —WO publication 2010/114593, however, discloses a metal can with a lid E and a cylindrical part of a uniform metal structure. It is therefore very likely that the success of the manufacture of such a can can be questioned. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention provides, in a novel manner, in particular a metallic beverage an indentation created in the collar portion of the can or at the top of the cylindrical portion, which substantially improves the emptying of the can and which makes the lower lip of the can a particularly suitable abutment surface when soldered directly. These improvements are achieved by the new invention, which is characterized in that an inwardly directed depression is formed in the shrinkable collar of the beverage can or at the top of the cylindrical part just at the opening in the lid structure without substantially damaging the lid structure. Other embodiments of the invention are set out in the dependent claims. The depression of the collar part of the metal beverage can according to the invention is easy to obtain either before or after filling the beverage can. The depression according to the invention remains in its modified shape in the metal collar part or at the top of the cylindrical part and does not return. Orienting the depression into the inside of the beverage can removes cavities and pits from the inside of the beverage can almost completely in the collar, into which some liquids would normally remain when the beverage can is emptied. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF SOME EMBODIMENTS OF THE INVENTION In the following, the invention will be explained in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which Figure 1 shows an beverage can according to the invention seen obliquely. Figure 2 shows a top view of the beverage can of Figure 1. Figure 3 shows a side view of the beverage can of Figure 1. Fig. 4 shows a partial section of the beverage can of Fig. 3 along the line A-A. Figure 1 shows a metal beverage can 1 comprising a cylindrical side part 3, a base and a lid structure 3. In this embodiment, the lid structure 3 is connected to the S 25 cylindrical part via a shrinkable collar part 2. The example can has a tear-open lid part E, which forms a tear-off part 5 by opening the opening 6. An annular connecting part 4 wraps around the planar lid structure 3N, which tightly connects the lid structure 3 3 to the collar part 2 and at the same time to the beverage can 1. 1 - to the opening 7 in the collar part 2. The inward depression 7 can be created in several ways. municipality. The depression 7 is achieved, for example, by pressing with a pressing tool by placing a suitable counterpart inside the can. The deck structure 3 is then not yet in place. It is advantageous to have a substantially vertical section in the depression 7, which starts downwards from the edge part 4. In some cases, this portion may even be slightly inwardly descending. Furthermore, the depression 7 can be obtained from the edge part 4 by squeezing or applying an impact. The edge part 4 does not change much in this case, but the depression 7 buckles to the desired depression shape due to these alignments. The compression movement and the impact, both, must be directed in exactly the right direction in the solutions according to these methods. The metallic raw material of the beverage can, most commonly aluminum, can withstand the molding according to the invention. Similarly, when the depression 7 is shaped after filling the beverage can, in the test situations the edge part 4 and the associated joint have retained their tightness and essentially also their shape. The depression 7 forms a pouring spout on the beverage can 1 or a corresponding beverage guide passage out of the opening 6 so that the beverage can 1 is easily emptied almost completely even before it has been completely turned over. The depression 7 also guides directly from the can when drinking from the lower lip of the drinker suitably under the ring part 4 and thus avoids the possible spillage of the beverage from the sides. Figure 2 is a top view of a conventional beverage dispenser. The depression 7 is made - at the opening 6 in the collar part 2. Figure 3 shows the same beverage can 1 seen from the side, in which case it is observed that the depression starts immediately downwards from the ring part 4. Figure 4 shows a section A-A of the upper part of the beverage can 1. The cutting line runs = downwards from the center of the depression 7. Figure 4 shows a vertical section extending downwards from the edge part 4A in the depression 7, which in this example is substantially vertical. Its 2 25 direction can, of course, vary slightly from either inward descending or slightly outwardly descending 9. the lower edge of the depression 7, in turn, bends smoothly towards the shape of the collar part 2j in connection therewith. Fig. 4 shows by way of example that the portion O of the depression 7 starting from the edge part 4 has the same distance R from the center line L of the beverage can 1 as & is the annular edge portion 4. This is a preferred and desirable embodiment for the depression 7 according to the invention. Fig. 4 further shows in an embodiment that the cover structure 3 has an immediate edge a downwardly directed stiffener 8 inside the part 4. This keeps the cover structure 3 and the edge part 4 rigid and thus ensures the tightness of the joint at the edge part 4. In the embodiment in which the cylindrical side part joins the cover structure 3 without the air-shrinkable collar 2, the depression 7 on the side part comes inwards immediately below the annular edge part 4 at the opening 6. o O N © O © O x a 20 N © O O O O OF
